Resumen
El presente artículo, surge de una reciente investigación realizada en el equipo de trabajo denominado ´Familias Prósperas´ correspondientes al segundo y tercer nivel de intervención de los servicios sociales en Reino Unido. Lo novedoso de este modelo es su naturaleza ‘preventivo - atención temprana’, en contraste con el enfoque paliativo imperante, centrado en el "riesgo". Este equipo multidisciplinar tiene una corta trayectoria de vida, dispone de un trabajador clave por familia centrado en el bienestar del menor, cuyo objetivo es transformar su realidad social a través de los apoyos y derivaciones realizadas para llevar a cabo con éxito el proyecto.

Abstract
This article emerges from recent research on the teamwork model named "Prosperous Families", which corresponds to the second and third tier of intervention by the social services of the United Kingdom. The innovative feature of this model is its "preventive - early intervention approach" as opposed to the more common palliative approach that focuses on "risk". The multidisciplinary team has a short life span and it involves one key social worker per family who focuses on the well-being of the child. Its aim is to transform the child"s social reality by ensuring that proper assistance is obtained and appropriate referrals are made.
